Railroad Row Center is a multi-building redevelopment of the historic warehouse area in downtown White River Junction. In the current phase of this project, 35 Railroad Row, an 18,000 square foot mixed use building, will be built
over the parking area in the center of the site. There will be 500 square feet of
retail on the ground floor. The second, third, and fourth floors will have similar
