Railroad Row Center is a multi-building redevelopment of the historic warehouse area in downtown White River Junction. In the current phase of this project, 35 Railroad Row, an 18,000 square foot mixed use building, will be built over the parking area in the center of the site. There will be 500 square feet of retail on the ground floor. Colby House is a proposed new residential property in the historic district of downtown Fairlee, VT. The 0.44 acre site on the east side of Route 5 and across from the Town Hall and public Common is currently vacant after a fire in 2007 destroyed the mixed use Colby Block.
